Beautiful view and spacious room with two double beds, sofa, and large desk.
The hotel provides wireless internet, although it can be a bit tricky to connect.

The location in American Village was awesome with something to do every night. Chatan Carnival was wonderfl.
No opportunity to prepay through Booked.net. Originally quoted $2300 au for 10 nights ended up at $2600 au because of exchange rate changes. Would prefer to prepay at time of booking. Also a very small room but well thoughout layout.

The view is amazing, every room has fantastic view!! And the massage there is great too, and they feed some animals in the hotel, they are adorable!! The breakfast is good too. And it is very convenient too, you can walk to the american town, supermarket and car park just a minute.
The room decoration and the toilet are kinda old, they only supply wi-fi at the lobby and cafe.

Convenient location! It's only a quick 30-minute drive from Naha Airport, making it super easy to get here 🚗. My stay here was the best hotel experience ever! Plus, I loved that a nice 15-minute walk led me to American Village, which was a great time.

Excellent location: Many shops and restaurants nearby. The included buffet breakfast is pretty good with both western and Asian selections. There are plenty of tables for all the guests so you don't have to worry about not getting a place to eat. The pool & spa area is very nice and clean. There is free WiFi in the lobby area and 2 computers on the 2nd floor for internet access. The lobby bar serves food until late which is good if your flight gets in late.

Friendly, helpful staff! Wonderful breakfast buffet with many choices! Walking distance to many shops and restaurants. Convenient location close to main roads.
The tv program listing was not in English so I could not tell when my favorite program (the one with smap and cooking) was on. However, I was still able to watch a variety of Japanese programs.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the hotel and the kindness of the staff which made my business trip a success at Kadena ab.
I believe that the hotel should connect a wireless internet system for its residents.
